What are your rates?
Rates will depend on the quality of voice files, ease of dictations, accents (ESL), editing required, specialty, formatting, etc. Please contact us for further details.
How do I send you files ?
The files will have to be uploaded to a server. This may be an ftp site, or other secure servers. The reports will be sent back to you in the same way or any other way that you desire. Encryption methods are used while transmitting PHI (Protected Health Information) back to you.
I am a physician/lawyer. How can I get my transcription work done through you?
All you have to do is contact us, and we will let you know how to proceed. We are already working directly for physicians, and they are extremely satisfied with our work.
How do I get billed?
We send invoices every two or four weeks. You can pay in your own currency (eg., US Dollars, Australian Dollars, GB Pounds) via personal/company checks, wire transfer, web-based money transfers to Pakistan etc.
Do you work in MS Word?
Most of the work is done in MS Word. We also work in Word Perfect.
We work with a wide variety of files like wav, mp3, dct (encrypted using Express Dictate), ra and rm (RealAudio), dss (Olympus, Lanier and Grundig), au, aif, sri (VoiceIt), vox, mp2, vox, compressed wav (including PCM, uLaw, ALaw, ADPCM, CELP, SBC, Windows Media, DSP TrueSpeech, GSM 6.10), msv and dvf files (Sony Recorders) Philips Digital Recorder format, Sanyo Digital Recorder format and more.
We transcribe dictations recorded using the Express Dictation Software.
